Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our team in Cambridge, working closely with project teams to deliver civil and structural related services in Temporary and Permanent Works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and checking of Temporary Works above and below ground in various materials, integrated with Permanent Works design if applicable.
  • Delivery of alternative solutions and value engineering to enhance the company's reputation and competitive position.
  • Tender stage and bid winning support, focusing on buildability, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Technical assessment and review of 3rd party designs to ensure compliance with the brief and meet client and company requirements.
  • Management and mentorship of junior staff.

Requirements

  • Chartered Engineer or willingness to become Chartered.
  • Interest in Temporary Works Design or experience in the field.
  • Full UK driving license.
