About the Job
The Conservation Development Coordinator will play a crucial role in the success of the Reconnecting Bernwood Otmoor Ray (RBOR) program. As part of the BBOWT team, you will contribute to the development of a series of projects that take action to improve outcomes for wildlife and harness additional benefits for communities. Your primary focus will be on managing the delivery of the 2-year development phase of the NLHF funded RBOR program. You will be responsible for overseeing cross-cutting themes, such as monitoring and evaluation plans, managing project staff, writing and coordinating funding applications, and tracking and monitoring budgets. Furthermore, you will ensure regular reporting to monitor and escalate risks to the project steering group and oversee all aspects of work quality.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver the 2-year development phase of the NLHF funded RBOR program successfully.
2. Oversee the development of contracts for cross-cutting themes.
3. Manage project staff effectively.
4. Write and coordinate round 2 application and associated documents.
5. Track and monitor budgets and deadlines.
6. Regularly report to the project steering group to monitor and escalate risks.
7. Oversee all aspects of work quality.
