Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Respiratory Physiotherapist to join our Adult Integrated Respiratory (AIR) Team based in East Berkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory physiotherapy services to patients with chronic lung disease.

About the Role

As a Respiratory Physiotherapist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes respiratory physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

The role involves assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and delivering pulmonary rehabilitation programs. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to promote optimal respiratory health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of patient needs and developing personalized care plans
  • Delivering pulmonary rehabilitation programs to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life
  • Providing education and support to patients and their carers on respiratory management techniques
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours, annual leave entitlement, and access to training and development opportunities.
