Sales and Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Third Nexus Group Limited. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and build client relationships through our Account Management program
  • Provide training to users to improve product usage and understanding
  • Negotiate with customers to renew their licenses
  • Identify and upsell areas for further product use
  • Identify prospects, arrange demos, and follow up on leads
  • Answer customer inquiries
  • Provide quotes and negotiate terms to generate sales
  • Deliver onsite/online product training sessions to improve product usage and understanding
Requirements:
  • Proactive and adaptable individual
  • Previous experience in a similar role
