Job Title: Experienced Site Manager

Edwards & Pearce is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their projects team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of construction sites within a 50-mile radius of Lincoln.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver major new build and refurbishment projects in all sectors
  • Manage projects between £500,000 and £12 million
  • Ensure health and safety qualifications are up to date
  • Develop good relationships with project teams and clients

Requirements:

  • Previous site management experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and people management skills
  • A full driving license
