Job Title: Research and Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Research and Intelligence Specialist to join our team at Randstad Delivery. As a Research and Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting research by gathering and evaluating quantitative and qualitative information from various sources.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, collate and evaluate information from a wide range of open and closed sources. You will also produce accurate and easy-to-use intelligence and performance reports, supporting analysis across the department (operational and strategic).

Liaising with other organisations to gather and research information is also an essential part of this role. Your comprehensive knowledge of research techniques and methods will enable you to promote collaborative working and produce intelligence and performance products that inform decision-making.

About the Role:
- Conduct research by gathering and evaluating quantitative and qualitative information from a variety of sources
- Produce accurate and easy-to-use intelligence and performance reports
- Support analysis across the department (operational and strategic)
- Liaise with other organisations to gather and research information

What We Offer:
- Salary: £29,642 - £33,264 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week
- 12-month contract
