About the Job
  • We're seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in shaping mature ML Ops solutions and providing quantifiable business value;

  • As a tech lead, you'll drive efficiencies, simplify code, infrastructure, and data models, and excel as a Senior Engineer;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust architectures for ML Ops solutions;
  • Partner with stakeholders to foster the adoption of our data platform;
  • Drive efficiencies and simplify code, infrastructure, and data models;

Requirements:

  • Architecture:
    • Experience in shaping architecture for mature ML Ops solutions and providing quantifiable business value;
    • Proven track record of running PoCs, planning large migrations of data and code, and participating in roadmaps;
  • Engineering Hands-On:
    • Hands-on experience supporting infrastructure for efficient ML workflows, from initial conception to development and deployment;
    • Proficiency in building resilient batch and streaming data pipelines at scale (1 TB/day);
    • Strong understanding of data and infrastructure observability, alerting, and incident management;
    • Fluency in high-level programming languages (Python, Scala) and some experience in data modeling;

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per annum
