We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead to join our Costa team in the UK. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
  • Supervise a team, creating a positive environment where team members feel welcomed and supported
  • Be a responsible key holder
  • Assist with weekly bookwork and any other duties as necessary
  • Produce weekly rotas following management guidelines
  • Place orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels
  • Delegate tasks as needed and ensure the team remains proactive at all times
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations

About You:

  • Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
  • Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
