Compensation Package

This role comes with an estimated annual salary of £27,500 - £35,000, plus a range of benefits including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, meal allowances, company pension scheme, annual leave, group life assurance cover, and more.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents, focusing on their individual needs and preferences. This includes planning and implementing care plans, administering medication, and providing emotional support and companionship.
