We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Network Specialist to join our Digital Services Group in Cambridgeshire. As a senior engineer, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your abilities and expertise in working alongside our small team of IT network and infrastructure engineers.

About the Job

You will be responsible for ensuring all hardware and software is configured appropriately and is fit for purpose. This is a field-based role with regular UK travel and occasional overseas travel, depending on customer location.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong working knowledge of vCenter, ESXi, CLI commands, ESXi updates/troubleshooting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and professional client-facing-skills
  • Understanding of networking concepts, LAN/WAN, DNS/DHCP, routing, switching, and firewalls within the scope of the VMware technology stack

Average Salary: £62,000 - £67,000 per year
