Skilled Tradesperson

This role is ideal for a skilled and versatile individual who can travel to various client sites across Oxford, Windsor, Basingstoke, and Thatcham.

• Maintenance and Repair: Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and equipment within commercial office environments.
• Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, providing efficient and effective solutions to minimise downtime.
• Inspections and Compliance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to provide excellent customer service, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including reports and documentation.
• On-Call Support: Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 5) to provide emergency support outside regular working hours.

• Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, preferably in a commercial office setting.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility: Flexibility to travel across the designated areas and occasionally to London.

• Competitive Salary: £43,000 per annum.
• Regular Working Hours: Monday to Friday working hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
