We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hear Care Assistant/Microsuction Specialist to join our dynamic team at Park Medical Clinic. As a key member of our audiology team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and delivering high-quality microsuction ear wax removal services.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform microsuction ear wax removal procedures with precision and care.
- Conduct initial patient assessments and screening tests to ensure accurate diagnoses.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage clinic administration duties with attention to detail.
- Ensure the clinic is well-stocked and organised to provide a smooth patient experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service and patient care, addressing any concerns or questions with empathy and professionalism.
- Support the overall running of hearing care services, collaborating with colleagues to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in training and development sessions to maintain high standards of care and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure efficient clinic operations and contribute to the success of our team.
- Previous experience in a clinical or medical setting, with a strong understanding of patient care and administration.
- Training in microsuction/earwax removal will be provided, but prior experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Flexibility to travel between multiple clinic locations in London, with a valid driving licence preferred but not essential.
