Physiotherapy Team Lead

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to lead our Cardiothoracic team. As a key member of our Major Trauma Centre, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining patient pathways, clinical protocols, and educational programs to ensure high-quality care.
Main Duties- Provide visible leadership to clinical staff within the Major Trauma Centre
- Develop and implement trauma care pathways and protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and regional standards for major trauma care
