Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Early Connections-Port Macquarie/Hastings, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborating with staff, families, and stakeholders to develop and implement effective programs and services.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with community organisations and stakeholders to enhance service provision and quality systems.
  • Embedding human rights and organisational values in all aspects of service delivery.
  • Identifying and mitigating quality risks through effective reporting mechanisms.
