As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for creating a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, manage sales performance, and maintain relationships with key clients.
Key Skills and Experience- Proven track record of sales and events management in a hotel environment or similar hospitality industry
- Experience of working with major global hotel brands is ideal
- Strong commercial approach identifying sales and revenue maximisation opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a frequently changing market environment
