Special Education Teacher Opportunity

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or certification in Special Education
  • Experience working with K-12 children

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for each student
  • Collaborating with other staff and family members to ensure student progress and success
  • Creating and submitting detailed lesson plans for approval
  • Participating in IEP meetings as scheduled
  • Using individualized reinforcement techniques to support student growth
  • Engaging with family members to promote student success
  • Preparing and distributing progress reports quarterly
  • Working with on-site therapists to address disciplinary and behavioral issues
  • Maintaining a safe and productive classroom environment
