Optometrist Role

  • Conducting thorough 30-minute sight tests for patients of all ages
  • Clinical autonomy
  • Access to a fundus camera
  • Phoropter or trial frames available
  • Pre-screening conducted prior to examination
  • Providing Contact Lens clinics
  • Collaborating with the Dispensing Optician and support team for seamless handovers
  • Enhanced services
  • Flexible working hours, including 9am-5:30pm (4pm on Saturdays)
  • 3, 4, or 5 days a week

Optometrist Requirements

  • Fully qualified Optometrist registered with the GOC
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Clinically focused
  • Confident
  • Friendly
