Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to take on a senior role within our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing food preparation and cooking activities, ensuring dishes meet menu specifications, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor junior chefs
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
  • Manage kitchen inventory and ordering

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent position
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments

Compensation:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
