About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Operative to join our team at Vistry Bristol. As a Site Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in site safety by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and reporting any breaches or incidents.
- Load and unload site materials, ensuring they are properly stored and protected.
- Supervise the main gate, verifying visitor access and signing for deliveries.
- Maintain site presentation, including tidiness and organization of storage areas, and adhering to the housekeeping policy.
Requirements
- Experience as a Labourer or trades person.
- CSCS card.
- Able to demonstrate genuine interest in working in the construction industry.
- Resourceful and capable of using own initiative.
- Excellent time keeping and attendance record.
- Able to work effectively and safely under pressure.
- Able to represent the Company professionally at all times.
