Marine Project Manager Opportunity

FINTEC recruit is seeking a skilled Marine Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent full-time role, working Monday to Friday with a focus on marine projects. A marine engineering background with experience in mechanical and electrical systems is essential for this role. The successful candidate will have a strong leadership and engineering expertise in project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the delivery of projects and operational marine functions
  2. Collaborate with customers to ensure project monitoring and delivery
  3. Assist with feasibility studies and design solutions for projects on ships/vessels
  4. Work closely with various stakeholders, including Vessel Managers, naval regulatory authorities, clients, and internal staff
Requirements:
  1. Experience in feasibility studies and design solutions for projects on ships/vessels
  2. Marine engineering experience, mechanical and electrical maintenance
  3. Supervisory experience with the ability to facilitate change and motivate teams
  4. EX-RN, Naval, Marine background experience and knowledge is essential
  5. Good project management and planning skills
