Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse/IT Technician to join our team at Profiles Personnel Ltd. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical skills with warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Testing: Conduct thorough testing of loan/service equipment to ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Software Downloading: Download and install software on equipment as required.
  • Workshop Management: Manage and update workshop repair sheets daily to track equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Equipment Preparation: Prepare equipment for dispatch to client sites, ensuring it is properly packaged and labeled.

Requirements:

  • Availability: Be available to start immediately, as this is a temporary-permanent opportunity.
  • Technical Skills: Possess confident IT skills, with experience in using a ticketing system an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of spoken and written English.
  • Time Management: Ability to facilitate scheduled deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Transportation: Possess a full UK driving license and own transport, with on-site parking available.
