The Role of the Principal
We are seeking an inspirational leader to serve as our next Principal, leading the academic mission of the College, its day-to-day running, and longer-term strategy. The successful candidate will play a full part in the intellectual life of the College, helping to ensure that students excel and academic staff are fully supported to work together harmoniously in service of the College's aims.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the College's academic mission and strategy, working collaboratively with the Governing Body and other staff
- Develop and implement plans to enhance the College's academic reputation and student experience
- Build strong relationships with the College's community, including students, staff, and alumni
- Represent the College at a national and international level, promoting its values and achievements
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
