About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Performance Modelling Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing functional and timing simulators, conducting performance analysis for architectural exploration, and identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-performance computing systems and architectures
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of workload characteristics and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize performance improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain performance models and simulations to inform architectural decisions

Requirements

  • Strong C/C++ development skills and experience with performance modelling concepts
  • Excellent understanding of GPU/CPU architecture and microarchitecture
  • Knowledge of SIMT processing, cache and memory hierarchies
  • Understanding of benchmarks and workloads in the ML space
