Project Delivery Manager - Technology Solutions Group

At Moody's, we're driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence. As a key member of our Technology Solutions Group, the Project Delivery Manager plays a critical role in driving and managing cross-functional agile teams to deliver CRM technology projects and operations initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of interfacing with multiple levels of the organization, with a strong background in Agile ScrumMaster certification or Agile Product Owner certification. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in JIRA and Salesforce.com.

The Project Delivery Manager will work closely with product owners, software developers, solution architects, testers, and DevOps engineers on highly visible roadmap programs and acquisition integrations. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Drive Agile release planning, user story estimation, sprint stand-ups, and release deployment.
  2. Define project vision and prepare the project kick-off presentation.
  3. Manage the project timeline and milestones and communicate project status, issues, and risks.
  4. Structure the project activities from requirements gathering to deployment.
  5. Track delivery milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for the work stream.
  6. Manage stakeholders and foster timely and data-driven decision-making.
  7. Work collaboratively with business teams, software engineers, testers, and vendors.
  8. Drive issue resolution, risk management, and cross-team dependencies.

As a successful Project Manager, you will be both a leader who can drive cross-functional agile teams and an individual contributor who can develop detailed project plans, run agile sprints, manage vendors, and facilitate issue resolution.
