Fully Remote Opportunity: Our client, a leading Legal 500 firm, is seeking skilled Consultants to join on a self-employed basis. The role offers a non-salaried, profit-share arrangement, with a financial split of 80/20 for remote work and 60/40 for work in the London City office.

The Role: As a Consultant, you will have the flexibility to plan your working hours, freedom to take holidays, and choice of location. With no commute and no requirement to attend office-based management meetings, you can maximize your billable hours or focus on a better work-life balance. You can also enjoy substantial financial benefits, with the potential for higher earnings on a fee-share basis compared to a salaried role.

Requirements: Our client is looking for Solicitors, Senior Lawyers, or highly ambitious Juniors with a solid, demonstrable following of clients. The firm will consider any area of legal practice, excluding Legal Aid matters, Childcare, Housing, Personal Injury, and Crime matters.
