ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of curriculum development and implementation, enabling them to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 5 students.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement a balanced curriculum that promotes academic and personal growth.
- Teaching and Assessment: Develop and deliver lesson plans that foster high standards of progress and achievement, while also preparing pupils for end-of-key-stage assessments.
- Classroom Management: Establish a positive classroom environment that encourages children to reach their full potential, while maintaining a safe and inclusive space for all students.
Key Qualifications:
- Teacher Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status is essential.
- Desirable Experience: Experience teaching Year 5 or Key Stage 2 is desirable.
