About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Classroom Supervisor to join our team at Education Supply Pool. As a Classroom Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes across Key Stage 3 and 4 in Secondary schools based in Caerphilly and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in a professional manner across multiple subjects to students.
  • Implement behaviour management and maintain discipline in the classroom.
  • Maintain necessary assessment of pupils and provide feedback.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential.
  • Be adaptable, proactive, and reliable in a fast-paced educational environment.

Requirements

  • Degree level qualified.
  • Previous classroom, tutoring or lecturing experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
