Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at GreenSquareAccord. As a key member of our procurement unit, you will play a crucial role in implementing a new purchase to pay system.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct supplier spend and contract analysis to identify ongoing contracts and contract managers for setting up in the new system. You will work closely with stakeholders to validate existing contract data and identify ongoing contracts for the purchase to pay project.
In addition, you will support the procurement team in the implementation of the Procurement Act 2023, focusing on identifying non-compliant spend by supplier/category and creating contract records.
As a Procurement Specialist, you will have excellent analytical abilities, with proficiency in data analysis and market research. You will be able to clearly interpret findings from data and translate complex data into actionable insights to drive decision making.
You will also possess excellent interpersonal and effective written/oral communication skills, with knowledge of procurement and contract management, as well as strong relationship skills and the ability to build working relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, with strong Excel skills and an understanding of Procure to pay systems, supplier portals, and document management.
