About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Cannock. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) to overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of our students.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of strategies to promote student engagement and motivation.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure seamless support and progress.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children with SEN, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and staff.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are highly desirable.
