As a key member of our team at TRCGroup, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care team at a beautiful nursing home in Bournemouth.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to take on a new challenge and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a nurse at our nursing home, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to our residents, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign checks.
  • Assess and respond to the changing needs of residents, including identifying and reporting any changes in condition.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.
Requirements
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
