As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contractors, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently, and adhering to CDM regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage contractors undertaking works
• Ensure works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within stated timescales
• Manage sub-contractors and inspect properties pre and post works

• SMSTS qualification
• First Aid certification
