Job Title: Digital Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engineer to join our team at Dalkia UK. As a Digital Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the MEP Co-ordination, BIM, and Digital Construction of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver stage 5 co-ordinated MEP models from stage 4 designs.
  • Detail MEP service modules for manufacture.
  • Deliver individual service drawings for installation purposes.
  • Revising drawings to include client instructions.
  • Upload drawings to a common data environment.
  • Deal with site queries relating to drawings/models.
  • Input COBie data into the model environment.
  • Revising models and drawings to as-built status.
  • Create Revit families for selected equipment.
  • Attend and run coordination meetings with relevant team members.
  • Attend client BIM/Digital Asset meetings as Imtech's representative.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years Revit experience in MEP coordination.
  • Good understanding of MEP systems and how they are installed.
  • Very good knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection & model checking.
  • Good understanding of IS delivery.
  • Able to assist in pre-sales and sales meetings if required.
  • 4D experience is preferred but not essential.
  • 5D experience is preferred but not essential.
