We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our team as a Functional Assessor. As a Functional Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing individuals and how their disabilities or conditions affect their work life.

• Conduct thorough medical assessments of individuals to determine their functional capacity
• Produce accurate and concise reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP)
• Meet with individuals face-to-face and via telephone/video to gather information
• Uphold best practice standards and maintain confidentiality

• Continuous Professional Development (CPD) present on CV
• Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
• IT skills and experience of using a range of software
• Self-aware and focused on professional development
• Honest and able to maintain integrity and customer confidentiality
• Motivated to contribute to quality customer service, demonstrating empathy, respect and sensitivity in assessment delivery
• Ready to work as a reliable and efficient team member and willing to support the multi-disciplinary team
