Key Responsibilities:- Order Processing: Swiftly and accurately input sales orders received via various channels.
- Customer Engagement: Regularly connect with new and existing customers within a designated sales area, updating them on the latest offers and new products.
- Achieve KPIs: Consistently meet personal and team KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
- Support Onboarding: Assist the Business Development Manager in welcoming and nurturing new customer relationships.
- Expand Client Base: Research and create detailed prospect lists in your designated area to ensure accurate, up-to-date information for sales conversion.
- Relationship Building: Forge and maintain strong business relationships with your clients using your persuasive negotiation skills.
- Maximise Sales: Enter verbal orders, upsell, and promote offers to maximise order value.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales with a proven track record of closing deals and excellent negotiation skills.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to influence and persuade, particularly in a business-to-business setting.
- Organisation: Strong skills in prioritising, multi-tasking, and managing time effectively. CRM experience is essential.
- Resilience: Ability to make a high volume of outgoing calls, demonstrating perseverance and a strong work ethic.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using multiple IT systems.
- Industry Insight: Experience in construction/building product sales is a plus, but not essential. We welcome applicants from all sales backgrounds.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proactive: With a solid work ethic.
- Target-driven: With a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised and methodical.
- Attentive to detail with high accuracy.
- Determined to resolve customer issues and find effective solutions.
- Compensation: Enjoy an uncapped commission scheme.
- Leave: 28 days holiday (20 days plus bank holidays), increasing by one day after one year's service, up to a maximum of five years.
