Nurse Role for Individualized Patient Care

We are currently seeking a dedicated Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at NHS. As a Learning Disability Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing individualized patient care and support to people with learning disabilities. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and advocating for patients' dignity and choice. You may need to take the lead and assist other staff in assessing service users' needs and implementing care plans. This role offers the opportunity to develop your communication and teamwork skills, as well as gain diverse experience while making a significant impact on individuals' lives. We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to career progression opportunities, training, and development resources.
