Job Title: Sales and Customer Support Executive

This is a permanent role with HR GO PLC, a recruitment agency supporting the UK Aviation industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Line and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) maintenance services, managing customer enquiries and preparing competitive quotations.
  • Drive sales by coordinating internal teams to ensure smooth execution of maintenance, and up-sell additional services during downtime.
  • Monitor live data on estimated versus actual hours worked, correct ambiguous bookings, and ensure customer approvals and maximise revenue.
  • Ensure organised handovers of quotations/work order authorisations to internal departments, and participate in production and planning meetings.
  • Liaise with the Sales Department to provide information or leads that can assist with business development.
Requirements:
  • Experience surrounding the maintenance of business jets, including line, base, engineering, and quality processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in a commercial or sales role ideally within the aviation sector.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and financial tracking tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused with an understanding of urgency, (e.g. AOG situations).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proven experience with cost evaluation and ensuring accurate invoicing.
