Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? Do you have a desire to work in a dynamic and supportive environment? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Graduate TA, providing support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a local school.

No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop the skills and confidence you need to succeed in this role. Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.

As a Graduate TA, you will work closely with our experienced teachers and support staff to provide individualized support to students with complex needs. Your role will involve assisting with daily classroom activities, providing 1:1 support, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The Role
  • Classroom Support: Assist with classroom activities, 1:1, or small group sessions to support students' learning.
  • Behaviour Management: Help monitor and manage student behaviour effectively.
  • Student Engagement: Engage students in their learning journey and provide personalized support to help them succeed.
Ideal Candidate
  • Passion for Education: A genuine enthusiasm for education and creating a nurturing, supportive learning environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential to building positive relationships with students and staff.
  • Engagement & Motivation: The ability to motivate students and keep them engaged in their studies.
  • Behaviour Management: Comfortable with managing classroom behaviour in a calm and supportive way.
