Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our digital workplace transformation efforts and drive business outcomes for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions that support the growth of our Simply (Gallagher) digital transformation and AI business.

About This Opportunity

  • You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions to address them.
  • Define project scope, schedules, milestones, and required resources to meet objectives.
  • Presentation skills are essential as you will communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and internal/external project members.

You will contribute significantly to our clients' digital transformation journeys by:

  • Defining communication and digital workplace solutions based on thorough analysis of client needs.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Developing strategic recommendations grounded in data-driven insights.

Your Expertise

We value professionals with experience in communications, preferably in consulting, with expertise in digital workplaces and intranets. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be pivotal in driving successful projects forward. Effective stakeholder management and the ability to navigate complex multinational projects are also essential.

Your Benefits

  • A competitive salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
