Serving our customers is at the heart of everything we do in Tesco. As a Night Shift Store Assistant, you'll be working behind the scenes to ensure our stores run smoothly and our customers receive the best possible service.
As a Night Shift Store Assistant, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including working across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas. You'll also be responsible for knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride, giving great natural service.
We're looking for people who are passionate about delivering great service, who can build rapport with customers, and who are able to take the initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers.
You will need
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride
- The ability to build rapport with customers, meaning they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip
- To take the initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers
- Work well within a team and communicate openly with others
