As a Test Specialist - Radio Control Models, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our Coalville, UK facility.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £38,000 - £48,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

  • You will conduct thorough bench- and field-testing of ARRMA RC and competitor products.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports of test results, including objective problem-solving skills.
  • You will manage inventory of test cars and parts, maintaining a suitable stock for ongoing projects.
  • Liaise with members of the ARRMA RC and Horizon teams to present testing results and recommendations.
  • Assist in planning and executing special projects as needed.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in RC model car testing or related field.
  • Demonstrable high-level assembly/modeling/hobby skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and methodical approach to work.
  • Education: Engineering degree or equivalent.
