TXM Recruit is proud to partner with a leading organisation on a prestigious project in Brighton and surrounding areas. We are seeking skilled Multi Traders to join a dynamic team, working on a long-term social housing contract.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Utilise a handheld device to inspect jobs and report findings to the office for quoting purposes.
  2. Perform various domestic maintenance tasks, including general property maintenance.
  3. Respond to maintenance requests and undertake void property maintenance.
  4. Ensure the highest quality of work is consistently delivered.
Working Hours and Remuneration

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  1. NVQ trade qualification(s)
  2. Multi trade experience
  3. Full current driving licence
  4. DBS check required prior to commencement
