Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Manager to join our sales office in Carlisle. As an Internal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different industries, utilizing your excellent leadership and management skills to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the sales team and developing sales strategies
  • Identifying new business opportunities and growth markets
  • Delivering presentations and pitches to secure new business
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
