About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a full UK manual driving license to join our team as a Delivery Driver. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across the UK, working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver mail and parcels to customers across the UK
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
- Adhere to Royal Mail's policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

- Full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness to walk and drive for long periods
- Ability to work in any weather conditions
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners and other equipment
