We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Health Recruit Network, a trusted supplier of NHS and Private healthcare services. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing high standards of perioperative care.
">About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires post-registration education in a relevant specialty, a Degree in Healthcare, or 5+ years equivalent experience. You should have expert scrub nurse experience in a range of surgical specialties and excellent organisational planning and problem-solving skills.
">Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective perioperative care plans
- Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve seamless patient flow
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £44,500 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 27 days Annual Leave, Defined contribution pension scheme, Membership to Private Health, and more.
