About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Debt Advice Specialist to join our team in Swindon or Salisbury. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive community-based debt advice service to individuals on probation or leaving custody.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver workshops to individuals and/or groups of Service Users
  • Prepare and agree individual action plans
  • Provide specialist level Debt Casework
Requirements
  • Experience of working with vulnerable/challenging people
  • Strong interpersonal skills supporting individuals with ever-changing complex needs
  • The ability to deliver short and tailored interventions to address barriers within a given timeframe
