About the Role: Join Our Property Consultancy Team


We are a leading property consultancy firm specialising in high-quality residential surveying and project work. Our team is looking for a skilled Home-Based Residential Surveyor to conduct a range of Level 2 and Level 3 surveys on residential properties.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct Level 2 (HomeBuyer Reports) and Level 3 (Building Surveys) on residential properties.
  • Provide detailed, accurate, and clear survey reports to clients.
  • Undertake a variety of project work, including condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and more.
  • Manage your schedule and workload effectively, ensuring timely completion of all surveys and reports.

Requirements:



  • Proven experience in residential surveying, including conducting Level 2 and Level 3 surveys.
  • Strong knowledge of building construction, defects, and regulations.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using survey software and technology.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
