Reed Legal is seeking a skilled Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Romford. As a key member of the Litigation department, you will provide expert legal services in civil and commercial litigation, including commercial disputes, property and landlord-tenant issues, residential tenancy matters, contentious probate, personal injury claims, and insolvency and debt collection.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Offering comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring confidentiality and regular updates on case progress.
  • Engaging in business development activities, including networking and marketing initiatives, to maintain and generate new business opportunities.
  • Providing exceptional service to clients, including handling enquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Adhering to professional conduct standards set by regulatory bodies, recognizing conflicts of interest and preventing money laundering.

Requirements:

  • Must be a qualified Solicitor – CILEX and SQE also accepted.
  • NQ – PQE considered.
  • Must have worked within Litigation at a Law Firm within recent years.
  • Experienced in both civil and commercial litigation.
