Job Title: Contract IT Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract IT Technician to join our team in the UK. As a Contract IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing IT support to our clients at a 1st and 2nd line level, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new hardware and software, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing our IT asset inventory, assigning IP addresses to network devices, and connecting hardware to the network.

You will also be responsible for supporting users with technical media solutions in conference rooms and meeting areas, monitoring and solving backup problems, and performing hands-on hardware support.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About You
  • You have a strong understanding of IT hardware and software, including Microsoft SCCM.
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills and are able to work independently.
  • You have strong communication skills and are able to provide excellent customer service.
