Job Title: Accountant
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team at The Recruitment Co. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality accounting services, including financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Requirements:
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
