About the Role:

The Chief Instructor (CI) is a key member of the Training Centre staff, reporting to the Centre Manager. As a CI, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our cadets and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training curricula that meet the needs of our organization.
  • Deliver training sessions to groups of varying sizes and skill levels.
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with other Training Centre staff to ensure a cohesive and effective training environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in maritime education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
